Order Support
Visit our Order Support Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding orders and returns. You can also ask a specific question of our Customer Service Team by creating an online support request.

Technical & Functionality Support
Customer Support Center
Technical and functionality support is available to Punch! Software users through the Customer Support Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can search for answers through the online knowledgebase, ask a technical question, and review previous support issues that you may have submitted. It is helpful to have the following information handy when you use the Support Center:
- Serial number for your program
- Your computer's operating system
- Make and model of your computer
- Video card manufacturer and model
- Video card driver and version
- Video RAM information
- Display settings, including hardware and acceleration
