A new extension to the Estimating tool, Room Estimating keeps track of all the materials you will need. Keep track of paint, wallpaper, countertop materials, cabinet stain and more. Each material is listed with coverage area and plumbing fixtures. Cabinets and furniture will also be added to the room estimate.

Leader Dimension Tool – Now a Smart Leader Tool

When you click on an object in the drawing, it will automatically insert the text for you. Add a callout to a plant, and the common and Latin names are displayed for you to enter. The same will be true of objects, doors, windows, etc. The text is customizable but the initial text is pulled from the object you select. You can also select the Marker option that will put a numbered box in the drawing to mark the text location (to lessen the clutter in a complicated drawing).
