KANSAS CITY, MO – February 10, 2006 – Former Ingram Micro executive Paul Bay has taken the reigns as Chief Executive Officer of Punch! Software, company President Pete Pierce announced today. Bay will oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations, long-term growth strategy, and business development.
Bay was formerly Senior Vice President of Vendor Management, North America, at the California-based technology wholesaler Ingram Micro Inc., with responsibilities for more than 250 people.
